Benn Law Group was created in 2009 when Joshua Benn decided to open his own law firm to concentrate on helping clients with their real estate, estate planning, guardianship, and business matters. In particular, a significant portion of their legal practice involves helping those with special needs and their families.

While we enjoy helping our clients solve their problems, we prefer to anticipate those problems so that they never arise" Joshua Benn said.
Joshua Benn, fellow attorney Melissa Benn, and their staff believe in being active in the community and helping those who are in need. This is the second year in a row Benn Law Group has won The Eagle Readers' Choice Award and the firm believes "It's because our neighbors know us... they know that not only do we care about their legal issues, we care about them and their families. We spend the time to get to know our clients and their legal concerns. Our goal is always to offer honest, straightforward legal advice at as reasonable cost as possible."
Although they have added a second office in Conroe, Benn Law Group has intentionally remained small to provide the best service to their clients. In addition, the firm is completely mobile and is more than happy to meet with you at your office or even over a cup of coffee. When a client hires the Benn Law Group, they know it will be Joshua Benn and Melissa Benn working for them and working with them.

In July 2020, the Benn Law Group will be moving to their new location at 3008 Barron Road in College Station. They are very excited to continue to serve the community and their clients with the same level of personal service at their new location.
