Joshua was raised in Brenham, Texas, a small town in the Brazos Valley, and graduated from Brenham High School in 1991 before beginning studies at Sam Houston State University where he studied Political Science. Upon graduation with his Bachelor of Arts in 1995, Joshua entered law studies at the Baylor University School of Law. He was honored to obtain his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1998 and has been providing litigation and transactional work since then.
Joshua is committed to standing up for the rights of the firm’s clients and will work continuously to protect their best interests. With a focus on estate planning, guardianships, probate, real estate mediation, and business matters, the advice and assistance provided to clients is crucial for their lives and the welfare of their family members. Joshua is licensed in all Texas courts, as well as being licenses to practice in the United States Federal Courts in the Southern District of Texas. While the firm houses out of two physical locations, one in Bryan/College Station, the other on Lake Conroe, Joshua and Melissa are mobile and can meet at place of convenience and comfort for clients.
Joshua has also worked in partnership with Blinn College as an adjunct faculty member and program coordinator and is owner of Brazos 1031 Exchange Company, LLC. Other service includes advising and participation with The Down Syndrome Association of the Brazos Valley and The Arc of Texas, board membership for the United Way, and is currently a member of the College Station ISD School Board.
